    朋友們，這里就是歡樂智勇向前沖項目部。它是廣東首家推出集趣味、游樂、挑戰(zhàn)于一體的“歡樂智勇向前沖”大型戶外競技項日。賽道設有：跨越滾桶、水上飛人、無敵風火輪、變臉翻板、四大繡球、攀越天網、水上飄勇攀高峰等十幾個項目，每關都考驗參賽者的心智、速度、力量、勇氣以及協(xié)調性。無論您是參賽者或觀眾，都能感受新鮮刺激的歡樂!

    朋友們，這里就是陸上拓展中心。陸上拓展中心占地面積15000平方米，可同時接納400人。由資深拓展專家組成教練隊伍，所有設施均符合UIAA(國際攀登協(xié)會標準)，CE(歐盟)認證，安全可靠。項目包括有：凌云飛渡、高空斷橋、電網、孤島求生等，極具挑戰(zhàn)性，是團隊拓展的首選之地。

    朋友們，這里就是定向越野場。定向越野場位于風景秀麗，群山環(huán)峙之中。占地600多畝，山深谷幽，森林植被群落繁多，負離子含量達58千個／cm3，有按國際定向聯(lián)合會標準勘繪的1：5000及1：15000的彩色定向地形圖。在此進行定向越野項目，充分體現挑戰(zhàn)、智慧、體能的考驗。

    朋友們，這里就是山地越野自行車場館。設有山地越野自行車，獨家設計推出山地越野自行車的挑戰(zhàn)障礙線路。線路長達6公里。有爬陡坡、沙地、發(fā)夾彎、亂石、溝紋、跳車轍等復雜多變的路況；也可悠然輕騎，感受清泉灣青山、綠水、翠竹、古村的優(yōu)美環(huán)境，遠離都市煩囂，洗滌心靈。

    朋友們，這里就是駱坑筍生產加工基地。馳名世界的駱坑筍產于清新駱坑，這里水土優(yōu)良，種植出來的駱坑筍以纖細肉嫩，爽口香滑著稱，被譽為“第一綠色保健食品”、“嶺南山珍，百筍之王”；駱坑筍享譽中外，尤其以清泉灣景區(qū)內種植的駱坑筍最為優(yōu)良。七十年代起，駱坑筍便人批量出口到日本、韓國。經醫(yī)學研究發(fā)現，駱坑筍具有低脂肪、低糖、多纖維的特點，故而具有減肥、開胃健脾、通腸排便、預防癌癥、增強人體免疫力、清熱化痰的功效。養(yǎng)生學家認為，日本人以及居住在竹林叢生之地的人長壽，且極少患高血壓，這與經常吃竹筍有一定關系。清泉灣景區(qū)內建有全國最大的駱坑筍種植、生產加工基地，游客可品嘗獨具特色的“全筍宴”美食，自由選購各類駱坑筍產品饋贈親友。

Qingquan Bay Eco-tourism Resort

    Welcome your visit to Qingquan Bay eco-tourism Resort. Do you have a good journey along the way? I am your tour guide to be with you during your stay here, and I hopeyou will enjoy a lot！Now allow me to give you a brief introduction.

    Qingquan Bay ecological tourist resort is located in Luo Keng village，Longjing town, Qingxin District. Scenic area has a good advantage in location, with only 5 kilometers away from city center. With the construction area of more than 10 square kilometers and its beautiful environment, it is an eco-tourism resort which is composed of a resort hotel, the dynamic water city and forest drifting; what’s more, amenities including water amusement city, large-scale training base, restaurants and conference center are also provided.

    Here we come to dynamic water city, covers an area of 100,000 square meters and is surrounded by hills. The water quality here is accord with the drinking water standard of national level.

    Water amusement city is a large wave pool takes an area of 5000 square meters with many facilities. Here you can experience the latest and most exciting activities, including swirly slide, swinging slide, speed slide, barrel slide,sledge slide, rainbow slide and a spiral chute, and a happy children's pool which covers an area of 3000 square meters. Among them, speed slide with 25 meters high is the most challenging! It is sure to make you worth a visit.

    Here we come to the starting point of forest drifting. With a total of 3.5 kilometers long and the highest speed reaches 45 kilometers per hour, it is the most novel and exciting forest drifting. It takes about 60 minutes going through it. Along the way of drifting, tourists will shuttle along the forest,lake, rocks, shoals, spring waterfall, and the ancient rattan wrapped around the tree and the well-known Luo Keng bamboo shoots; then when you are intoxicated with the natural original ecology here, you already finish the journey.

    Here is water amusement program. It is the first large-scale outdoor water amusement program which introduces funny, recreation and challenges activities items.Consisting of more than 10 kinds of activities in which each related to test reaction, strength, courage and coordination of the contestants. Whether you are a participant or spectator, can feel exciting joy on it!

    Now we’re in the training base center. Covering an area of 1500 square meters, it can accommodate of about 400 people. Lots of challenging projects includes the broken bridge over the air, grid and survival islands are available, is the first choice for team training. Team coaches here are composed of senior experts, and all of the facilities are in line with the certification of UIAA(Union International edes Associations de l'Alpinisme) and CE (European Conformity).

    Here is the place for orienteering. It was surrounded by beautiful scenery andverdant mountains. The entire field covers an area of 600 mu, the content of anion up to 58000/cm3. They provide colorful map of orienteer that was prospected in accordance with the International Federation of drawing standard.Taking up orienteering here can fully show your wisdom and physical fitness.

    Now we come to the venue of mountain biking. Here it launches challenging obstacle route with exclusive design, 6 kilometers long, in which many complex road are designed, such as steep slope, sands, stones, groove and jumping rut.Meanwhile, you can also be leisurely cycling around the beautiful environment of Qingquan Bay, contributing to far away from hustle and bustle of the city.

    Besides,the scenic area is also provided barbecue buffet at night. Barbecuing buffet at night create an elegant environment which is a good place for meeting with relatives and friends during holidays. They also provide campfire, dancing performance and games!

    Here is the production and processing base of Luo Keng bamboo shoot. The Luo Keng bamboo shoot famous at home and abroad, especially those planted in Qingquan Bay scenic area is the most excellent, were produced in Luo Keng town, Qingxin district. Thanks to the excellent water and soil here, Luo Keng bamboo shoots tend to be slender, tender and tasty. It is also known as "the best healthy green food" and "delicate food in Lingnan and the king of bamboo shoots". Since 1970s, Luo Keng bamboo shoots have been already exported to Japan and Korea. The medical study found that Luo Keng bamboo shoot has characteristics of low fat and sugar and multi filament. Thus it has effect on losing weight, strengthening spleen and appetite, preventing cancer and enhancing human immunity as well as expectorant effect. Health experts believe that the Japanese and people who live with bamboos often eat bamboo shoots intheir daily life, tend to be longevity and rarely have hypertension. The production and processing base of Luo Keng bamboo shoot here is the largest ofits kind in China, visitors can taste the distinctive bamboo shoots feast, also free to buy all kinds of Luo Keng bamboo products as gifts to friends and relatives.
